The world was breathlessly awaiting a new Frank Ocean album on Friday (Aug. 5), but in the meantime they had to make do with a pair of Ocean-themed Snapchat filters. At press time Ocean had not yet delivered his second album, reportedly titled Boys Don't Cry, but the filters somewhat slaked fans' thirst for something, anything, from the enigmatic crooner.
